My Keto Low Carb Chicken Lettuce wraps recipe are a healthy makeover of the P. F. Chang’s classic recipe that you know and love, only this time we’ve left out the sugar, and they have a lot less salt because we’re using coconut aminos instead of gluten free soy sauce, but you can use whatever works best for you.

Tips for making Keto Low Carb Chicken Lettuce Wraps
This recipe is very easy, but here are a few quick tips to ensure your keto lettuce wraps taste great, and I’ve included a couple of easy ingredient substitution ideas!
- If you can’t find ground chicken you can substitute it with ground turkey or ground pork instead.
- If you can’t find coconut aminos you can use gluten free soy sauce, I recommend using a low sodium version if you can find it.
- Prep the vegetables before you start, including washing the butter lettuce and preparing the lettuce ‘cups’, this recipe cooks quickly and you want to be ready to cook at each stage.
