Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1.5 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1.5 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp cayenne
  • 1.5 tsp ground allspice
  • 1.5 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves

Instructions

  1. Mix all the spice ingredients together until combined.

  2. Store in an airtight container, keeps for a few months.
