Low Carb Cranberry Salsa is a seasonal festive holiday salsa that's perfect for your next party
Combine fresh cranberries, cilantro, green onions, jalapeño, fresh lime juice, low carb granulated sugar substitute (see notes) and salt into the food processor.
Blend until you get the consistency you prefer.
Serve at room temperature and store in the fridge.
