Hot Shrimp Dip is the perfect party appetizer or Game Day food!
You will need an 8x6 inch oven proof baking dish
Preheat your oven to 350F
Fully drain thawed frozen shrimp (if using frozen) and also drain the pimientos well. If you fail to drain them properly it can make a soupy dip. (See Note 1)
In a bowl, microwave cream cheese for about 1 minute or until soft.
Add shrimp, green onions, garlic, pimientos, Creole Seasoning blend, parmesan cheese, and mix well to combine.
Spoon shrimp dip mixture into your baking dish and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until bubbly, you can also broil for a few minutes at the end to brown the cheese if you prefer.
Serve dip hot from the oven with low carb crackers
Shrimp - we used already cooked shrimp for the photos here, but, this recipe is much, much better with raw shrimp as they are generally more flavorful when the shrimp is cooked in the dip. But frozen cooked shrimp still works if you are in a rush!
