Easy Iced Tea Recipe with a hint of mint
Boil 1 quart water.
Add the teabags and fresh mint leaves to a heat proof pitcher and pour over the boiling water, stir well and let it sit for 20 minutes.
Remove the teabags and mint leaves and add honey, coconut sugar, or low carb sweetener, to taste if desired, start with about 1/4 cup of honey
Serve over ice with a lemon slice in each glass.
