A classic Southern cheese dip recipe that everyone will love
In a medium bowl mix together the mayonnaise, pimentos, grated onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper until well combined
Carefully mix in the grated Cheddar and Monterey Jack Cheese.
Cover and chill in the fridge for a few hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld properly. Will keep for up to a week.
