Ingredients

  • 1 lb asparagus
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper ground
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp Parmesan cheese grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F
  2. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper
  3. toss asparagus in olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper and arrange in a single layer on sheet pan

  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes then sprinkle on the Parmesan cheese.
  5. Return to the oven 1 minute or until the cheese melts.
  6. Remove from the oven, serve hot.
